How much does gym cleaning in Sarasota cost?
Pricing depends on square footage, the amount of equipment, whether you have full locker facilities, and frequency. A 1,200 sq ft boutique studio and a 12,000 sq ft club with showers are very different jobs. We walk the facility, scope the work in writing, and quote a fixed monthly figure.
Can you clean before we open?
Yes. Pre-opening service is standard for our fitness accounts — the floor, equipment, locker rooms and restrooms are finished before the first member badges in. For 24-hour facilities we work your lowest-traffic window and clean in zones so the floor is never fully out of service.
Will your products damage our equipment?
No. Equipment upholstery, console screens and painted frames all degrade under the wrong products — that is how vinyl cracks and displays cloud. We use products appropriate to each surface and will follow your manufacturer’s guidance where you have it.
How do you handle locker room odor?
By treating it as a moisture problem rather than a fragrance problem. Showers and floors are squeegeed, drains cleared, grout addressed on a schedule, and surfaces left able to dry. Masking odor with scent is what makes a locker room smell worse by mid-morning.
Do you clean mats and rubber flooring?
Yes. Mats, rubber flooring, turf and sprung wood each need a different product and method. We clean them on the recurring schedule and quote periodic deep treatment separately, at the intervals your traffic actually requires.
Do we get the same cleaning team every visit?
Yes. Assigned teams learn your layout, your equipment and the specific spots in your facility that need extra attention. If someone is unavailable we tell you in advance rather than sending an unfamiliar crew.
